And, how is Dennis feeling today?

Dennis had to leave last night so I can't be sure. I'm going to guess he's also sore but not nearly as sore as me. Unsurprisingly, it seems to be getting worse as the day wears on.

How about you? Any lingering pains from the AR?

The usual - more sore and stiff the second day. Good enough today to spend the day helping Amy paint her porch and trim some tree branches. Got to use a tree saw AND didn't hurt myself - win/win.
