Nice job. A couple of suggestions. For aerobic intervals I would try to make them slightly longer, at least 3 mins. You also want to try to have even pacing. It looks like you did the first one too hard which made it difficult to complete the later ones. You are aiming for SLIGHTLY faster than race pace. if you do that it will mean that you will be able to complete more of them. Keep up the good work!
