I went to the track last night and could barely run.
Its a simple philosophy...I have to run faster to run faster...if I can only run 7:54...well that is a fast pace for a workout...I just need to put 2 together and then 3. I think I can do it...even in a time trial in a year or so...it's so weird that some days you feel 'close' like you are on the bubble of a break thru and 3 days later you are certain you are finished, defeated, old, beaten and done.
