CharlesBaker:
Hello

I run a little, have a bit of a jippy tummy (apologies but will be rating this to keep an eye on out) and do a bit of yoga.
I also work with some Sports Scientist's who love their S&C so have been lifting small weights. Hoping to strike a balance with this as concerned it could take too much out of my legs but as I've started I will continue a little.

Going to log things on here to see if it can keep me disciplined and help to see where things are hopefully going right or where they go wrong.

I also have access to an Alt G treadmill so will use that from time to time when feeling leggy or injured. % refers to the bodyweight

Short goals - Get back to running 40 miles a week
Build up to 50
Race Leeds Abbey Dash
Aim to up the mileage again (Still not cracked 60 without getting injured)
Calling my marathon pace 15km/hr cos think I could have ran that at my last marathon had I had a better build up and energy gels (died last 5)

Cheers
Charles
