Not "me too", but well done. When I do stuff like that as part of a challenge, I always find it helps with just about everything else. Keep it up!
Well I probably do need to do it more than once! I'm hoping it will help with my glute and hamstring issues.
You are both good advertisements for strength training.
Don't know if Invis has a theory about this but while I may (well actually I am not) be improving times etc certainly I recover much more quickly and I feel it is because of strength training as well as endurance. I keep making promises to stretch, definitely my toes are a focus, but keep procrastinating and then... panic. So now keeping Wednesday's for variety, almost lucky dip training and will include stretching etc.
My magic formula is hill intervals. I have a selection of them ranging from 20 metre to 80 metre hills. Ten reps of the shorter, or three of the longer. Not doing much of this at the moment.
Thanks Invis - that's tomorrow sorted. I shall label them Invis Hill intervals - just like in gymnastics when a move is named after the creator.
You could call them Invisible Hills - it might make them easier to do, lol.
Louise - definitely. Sadly medical appointments and school mapping plus picking up medals for NSW schools has left me squished for time. But I shall do them this week.
