Discussion: Vandals

We have certain parks we can only use in the dead of winter when the vandals are indoors. It's to bad but certain parts of the city are more prone to vandals.

This was apparently a group of young men (late teens to twenties) who were seen in the area, probably playing the disc golf course. The controls disappeared in a 15-20 minute period between the last runner and control pickup, but the meet crew ran out of time to search, due to the park closing at dark. I'm just glad they were still there after two weeks!
