Hipitightass seems like a decent description. Tried a bunch of short easy runs and made it worse, so backed off a little more and feel decent this morning. Try an easy 6 later and see how it goes.
I've had that for many years. Sometimes bad, sometimes not.
Speed work and very long runs aggravate it.
Sounds like a real pain in the ass.
2 mile easy runs seem to aggravate mine.
