for the Ironman at the weekend! What are you aiming for?
I'm looking for an enjoyable day. 1 hourish on the swim and 6 for the bike. At the start of the week my Achilles was going to be the limiting factor, now it will be my hamstrings just through lack of run training.
Not going to dig too deep to finish fast as nothing is on the line. I'm happy to walk:-)))
