Discussion: shoe color

Seems like they've run that green shoe look into the ground...I like flashy shoes but why not yellow. Some of the guys have a bright orange/red shoe I like...

Hopefully Rupp will win...he was kinda a disappointment this time...not making 5k at all for US and only 5th in 10k...he may have been shook up and burnt some adrenaline up when he tripped what's his name the 10k winner...jeez I can't believe I can't think of the guys name...

Good training and racing....once I retire if I can get some decent training in wouldn't mind running a race or two up in Duluth some day...do you have to 'qualify' for that street mile or can anyone run? I'm sure I can bust 7:30 mile...

It was 66 today...cooler than I thought but 74% humidity so that made it feel warmer...it still was Duluth like to me.
