Discussion: Best HR Training Book?

I am relatively new at sport, and recently got into HR training.. looking for book with HR-based training program -- here are a couple authors that have books on the subject -- who do you recommend?
Joe Friel, Don Fink, Jack Daniels.. Thanks!

BTW, I just bought a new HRM -- Wahoo-x -- I love it, not near as finicky as H7, pairs easily, has small LEDs to show when paired and detecting HR. Best thing is that it has onboard memory, so it will record short workouts without phone!.. A little more expensive, about $80 usd, but worth it so far. Also has accelerometer to measure run smoothness and step rate.. IDK if i will use that....
