An important thing to think about though. Now that your blood is back to normal, you want to push the limits again, I see!

I would like to know what the real limits are. 22 at a time struck me as pretty easy, so it was a matter of how many times I could do 22 over the course of the day without feeling like I needed to stop.

I expected my arms to feel the effort today, but it was most noticeable in my core.

As far as the blood is concerned, I do want to try to find out what level of effort changes the level of thinning. I think I'll start with a stretch of 2 hour/day efforts.
