Guess in a month you would have seen spectacular NEngland fall...but then Duluth isn't most of the leaves are brown or yellow...some red but not enough of them.

That is a lot of driving...and sitting is a killer....used to I would have felt I should be rested now my legs are stiff and I guess it really tightens the hips...on the other hand my new Runner's World hip stretcher is what I am sure strained my left leg behind the finally felt normal today...lost 2 track workouts and faster runs...but at least I could run..

Way to go Mr. Phoebe will not have a Beamer at school?

Bernie's hometown-Burlington VT. Univ of Vermont.
I actually don't feel too bad aside from some stiffness. Maybe I needed a few days off.

No Beamer. Brought her bicycle.

Haha...she's not going to be a spoiled girl...I wasn't sure where Bernie was from...even though I listened raptly to every speech he gave I forgot where he was from...U of V. Does she have any kind of scholarship?

James has an academic type scholarship saves us about $9 a year but still paying over $10k...ridiculous...except at any school Prof Dr. Koski teaches at...that school could charge anything they want. I have a Oklahoma Christian Professor that is part of my golfing group a couple of times a month...he teaches history/social studies not sure which...he's over in the middle east right now for two weeks...I didn't realize until this past month he some Arab blood...middle blood...whatever...he actually went somewhere once where they put a hood over his head and when they took it off they asked him a couple of questions before letting him see who he was going to interview...he still has his head so he answered right...

James has our 2009 Honda about 90k on it...he bought it from us for just over half it's retail was a win win thing...

I'm going to have to get my own 'civilian' mode of transportation when I retire next year (about 1 year now)...there are a lot of small/mid-sized vehicles out there...probably go with Honda...the Civic or CRV but they also have a smaller one now HRV or something like that...something that get 35mpg or more.

You have a good trend/pattern of super hard training but then a period of extended rest...good combination
