You are doing amazing Myka! It's a tough hill and it's very hard to control the HR while running up. Next time, you will be able to run 2 all the way up!
Being able to run all the way is such great progress! I really do think this will bring excellent improvement. Like Carbon says, next time you'll be able to run all the way twice, then three times, then all of them! And after that, you just get faster and faster.
