Lol because I need to teach myself how to run faster than 6min k pace again and I figured this could be the starting point... I know I did a shit time but I'm looking at it as a training session rather than a "running time". Surely I'm just going to improve from that! Lol. Hope you're well Krysee! Love love love xx
