Did they find either of the two f's?
I have been in touch with someone about a study that looks at how the body
metabolises fat and regulates blood sugar? Is that the same one?
I didn't like the idea of spending 4 weeks only doing HIIT stuff for 10 mins per day with no running, or biking etc so I'm not sure I'll take part.
Yes same study - I'm not too worried about the 4 week "detraining" phase, thought it might be interesting overall.
They didn't look for either.... just an echo-cardiogram of the heart - they found I had one ;-)
Testing coming next week, unfortunately a bike test not treadmill as that is what the protocol demands.
I still need to decide if it's for me or not, it's time away from work that might be a nuisance, it's a bit backward here about time off.
