The proxy form also says that that the votes can be delegated to:
"a USOF chartered club OR USOF member-at-large not affiliated with a USOF chartered club"

Yes, I sent in the form. I listed Kissy as RMOC (hope that is correct). I was not able to name Kissy as an individual, just her club.

Not too late, a club member can over-ride the proxy (at least, as far as I can tell from reading AP). I'm going to send out an email to club members, asking how they would like us to vote.
