I usually rotate each day the system combining workouts. 4 days per week in mid-season I usually follow the workout from the next links videos adding the plank for 2 minutes:

The other two days I make the workout with the exercises that will help me to make stronger my weakest parts of the six pack, so basically exercises to improve the transverse and internal abdominals. I also add the plank for 2 mins

And nowadays, Im actually doing whatever I want with the six pack workout
