Great, I'm reading your attackpoint training for this evening still sitting here at work. I need to become a student again.

Yeah. Its good to be a student and when you're peer pressured to go training then it makes you not go to school, stay home, do a few hours of work and play for the rest of the day. Although going for 0 miles to all these miles in the past few weeks is starting to strain the body a bit...i'll have to watch how i feel.

All I could think about was how I could've been in an orgo lab... :)

And not a bad idea to take it easy tomorrow. It'll be a big weekend and staying fresh for the technique stuff is probably more imortant. Still, make sure you come tomorrow to help keep us going during the rally. If it doesn't rain, may be record-breaking conditions!

Just remember consistency is what you really need in your training. Don't go too hard now just to burn out in a few weeks. The best thing you did last spring was to commit to 3 days a week every week, and then do what you want on the other days. Look how good you were by RtB.

Tiny ---> So by that rationale don't do 24 hour solo or team MTB, AR, or O races....

No no none of that crazy talk. This is Meridian specific. Him and I have talked about this before that one of things he really has problems with is consistency in his training. When he's consistent he really starts to see results. I still get to do 24 hour solo MTB races. :)

Haha funny comments all around. Yeah consistancy is key i think. I already feel stronger than i normally do, the winter base building months will be key in the improvement factor and i'll be big and bad once spring/summer comes around next year. My god i'm i turning into Tiny? Naw, not that hardcore!
