If time is limited, all of my running is alone, in the garage, close to house or at hotels: reality = mostly on treadmill.
Last year I weighed as much as 228.
189 now, maybe I will get to 178.
Raced in spring 2008 at 167. Low BF.
Goal is to stay healthy!
In past, most of my miles were on steep technical ST, not an ideal place to ramp up from zero. With my travel sched in the SE, only way to keep sanity is to accept flat stuff.
