My appetite has been ridiculous. Plus my sweet tooth means inordinate amounts of chocolate :-(

Stiff! I had zero training for 4 weeks before the race and now 2 weeks after the race. Can't touch my toes, can't do a single press up and can't lift Zoe above my head :'(

Just a phase though. It will pass!

Ya you're right it is ridiculous. Might cut it back to 9 hours next week :)

If I'd known you were going to spend so much time sleeping and eating I'd have been tempted! I'm committing to Lycra and neoprene for another while before I consider toughening up...

Yes. Less than 10 hrs sleep over 5 days is rather excessive. What were we thinking (rolls eyes :))
