I am now you commenting on my log 2 weeks ago! 9s off the time you aimed for over 5km, is less than 2s "too slow" per km, and you did it in windy conditions. Don't beat yourself up about something you don't need to beat yourself up about.

But the difference is yours was almost a pb. Body isn't playing and it's hard to take. I know I'm my own biggest critic and I have to be happy to actually be running and doing a time lots of people would be happy with but......haha

I know, and you know I do get that, but treating this run independently of everything else, you said your goal was 19mins. So with 19.09 I would say that's goal achieved. Forget about the wider context for a minute and realise that this session was a success in terms of what you set out to do on this day.
