Nice training Izzy, not entirely sure what you mean by reactive orienteering but I am guessing its meeting the situation in front of you rather than being prepared for whats to come? Generally back off pace 5% and and force yourself to prepare. Its easy to fall into the pattern because you can have relative success doing it. Long term building takes time. Something to work on would be to find a couple different training gears. Identify what the focus is for a training and only get into the gear were you can effectively complete the training with what you are building long term.
