Discussion: Sciatica

So my dad suffers from sciatica and he reckons Dani's yoga classes have cured it. Not sure what specific exercises they have been doing but Dani claims she is doing more yogic research into it. Will let you know the results!

Oh I'd love to know what she finds! I'm sure it's something to do with my back but I can't seem to pinpoint what's causing it. Annoying!
