I too did the proper (from my place) Bsmt today at 11. Figured everyone was busy. Plus my hamstring is really limiting my mobility (I now fully appreciate the terminology of being hamstrung) and didn't want to risk slowing anyone down. Hopefully the team can reunite and heal up soon.

Maybe me, you and Scott can enter a three legged race since we only have three working legs between us.

I knew I should have texted but I am also being pretty cautious. I don't want another four week setback at the best time of the year to run trails. It was amazing out there today.

You looking for another hamstrung runner? We could make up 2 3-legged teams.

I did the usual the loop this morning as well, but I started at 7 am. I was feeling pretty bagged, so thought I'd run on my own. You both ran the loop at a much faster pace than me, so maybe it was good I ran it on my own.

Time to get the band back together. Between our own schedules, our kids and our injuries getting a run together is a rare thing.

Yep, Richard. Anytime. We'd even take mike. (Hammer, I mean)
