Chocolate
Beer
Occasional chips
Biscuits
Cake
Second helpings
Dessert

Man - I could have my own put-on-weight diet book.
Temporarily under 71.0 this am, but probably still dehydrated from yesterday.

Sadly: (due to diabetes)

Chocolate - no chance
Beer - yes I do but I shouldn't - my medication says I shouldn't.
Occasional chips - yeah defo!
Biscuits - nope see choc
Cake - ditto
Second helpings - nope am advised to have small meals as large ones lead to bloating & sugar peaks then troughs;
Dessert - 95% of dessert is sugar.

Stuffed! sadly not literally......

Man, I thought we'd decided the diabetes diagnosis was wrong.

OK, those corn cakes slathered in avocado, hommus or soft cheese. They are very low/hi GI (whichever one it is means that you don't feel full), so you can easily knock off a packet in a morning (believe me).

sounds good! :-)

I'm having some more tests soon to see if I really am diabetic - but my blood sugar is too high 24/7 , I see it with my own eyes on the stab test results :(

Basically your recommended diet is similar to my skinny-up diet except that you get to eat chips. Having food right in front of you (even healthy food) is essential to gaining weight and hiding it is essential to losing it.
