It was cool thanks. Really enjoyed it. Hopefully I won't get kicked out cause the standard is high and I have a lot to learn!!!! We did a warm up then an hour of kata and an hour of kumite. Everything is a lot faster and more intense with squad!!

Yip still doing the ultra on Saturday. Looking forward to it. Hoping to do it in around 7hrs so averaging 9k/hr. Think it should be achievable :)

Not doing DCM. Instead doing trail ultra. Glad I didn't agree to race with you on the assumption it was the half!

Big difference between jogging around the boring packed streets of smelly Dublin and jogging around the Galtees :p

And sure when I'm doing one lap, I may as well do 3. In for a penny, in for a pound :)

Em no.. I'm not the baby of the team or the wise old man!

There was two streams you did the Inter Cert in 3rd year or a Group Cert in 4th year.

Normally those doing the Inter skipped 4th year and bounced straight to 5th & 6th year all secondary school.

When you did your Leaving you would then do a Matriculation depending on the college you wanted to go to. Oh and you had college fees to pay then too.

They had to [s]simplify[/s] restructure the education system after '89 / '90 which is why you get "wise old men" :p
