how is the car?

Very sick. Needs a new engine. Stuck at Burra while I decide what to do. On balance seems it's worth repairing rather than replacing.

It's horrible weather to be riding to work in :(
Do you think you'll get the mechanic in Burra to replace the engine?

Haven't decided. He's quoting significantly less than my regular mechanic so it's tempting but it's a long way to go for any adjustments.
Wasn't working today so didn't have to cycle, quite conveniently .
