The rumor is that Deschutes Daze would start Labor Day weekend (Sept 2 is the Saturday, Labor Day is Sept 4), and would extend into the following week. And then SART would be the following weekend (September 9 and 10).
At Deschutes Daze in 2015, there was a rather low (60?) participant limit for the Dutchman Flat races, so if this true again for 2017, best sign up early.
