I actually digitized that map for HVO maybe in 1994...

Can't say I recall Central Park being super-crowded at 6.30am, but then it was raining both days I was there.

Seems like I haven't the latest version (from 2005?), but still it helps to find less crowded tracks than Park Drive.

Running on that map is about the only way I could convince my family to visit NYC. We were there in the heat and humidity of summer, so it pretty quickly turned into a walk to find ice cream...
