Thank you Bash. Yes, it is really nice. Although today every move is painful :). Even drinking my morning coffee hurst. Ha! I will do my next session on Monday so hopefully the load will make it hurt less and less over time.

Sounds good Marta, a run Monday would be great. I'll warm up by doing my strength routine at lunch :)
