How is the range of motion and reaching overhead?
ROM is fine. Full stretch. One of the exercises is a bar roll up to full stretch. If I were to grab a wide grip on a bar and try to pull though, shoulder hurts a lot. Explains why I can't take a stroke in the pool.
Doc said just needs time though and physio was happy with my ROM and strength. I just think she could have added another pull exercise. To be fair, they are usually for back rehab though. I'm back to physio on Monday so I'll continue with her program until then
