I figured you'd do well, esp. after Ludington and then being in ironman shape.
re: electrolytes...I take endurolytes extreme, currently 2 pre race, then two per hour every hour (or as often as I remember). In the non extreme version, 2-4 per hour is my target, adjusting for temp. Maria calls the timing out if she's there. REI has super cheap waterproof bottles
that'll hold a 10-20 hour race worth and it fits in the front strap pocket on my pack - I have graduated to popping them on the bike ride, which should help keep me on schedule, then it's easy enough on the hike - paddle, well if you figure out how to eat and drink well in a boat, please let me know.
I did slightly cramp on the bike back, but not too badly, and that would have been helped by riding a bike once in a while this summer.
