are very soggy, but look amazing at the moment - carpets of wildflowers and waterfalls on all the rock slabs. a lot of the thicker green that has grown up after the last big fires is now big enough that it doesn't slow you down, so its much more runnable than I remember it being. fun!

Stop and smell the boronia! But actually the Boronia granitica doesn't have the same strong scent, does it? (There was an amazing waft of boronia as we ran past the native plant nursery in Belair national park last Thursday night.)

the boronia doesn't smell too much but its very pretty. heaps of it around. lots of the wax lip orchids out around the rock slabs.
