Slight soreness in left quad where it felt strained near top of fish creek. Other than that just overall a little sore but moving way better than after the 50 mile dnf at NS100k. Definitely fueled way better. Haven't been starving. Carrying extra water weight for sure. Will walk a little this week. That's all. Probably went a little too conservative in the first half of race based on not feeling too beat up but wouldn't change it if I could. Now that I paced one well enough to run a bit of the back half I'll try to speed it up if I do one again. And really speeding it up would have maybe taken an hour off so it's not as if I'll be fast.
