Glad to hear of a clear diagnosis. With rib back in place, hopefully cartilage etc will again do its job. Yes, likely cause of back pain.

While trampolining in my 20's at UM, I did a 'correct' bounce onto my lower back and cracked a rib in front. At the time, never thought of a broken rib, assumed bruise or muscle pull. An X-ray much later confirmed break -- clean heal.

My old Cross Fit gym had an ART affiliate and he really seemed to work wonders for people. I was extremely dubious at the start but being a Cross Fit gym, there were plenty of injuries, and he really got people rehabbed fast :)

Enjoy the weekend! How much long are you in Bend?

Last weekend in Bend. We leave on Tuesday, and will spend about a week driving & camping near the Oregon coast (on the rainy side of the mountains). Then to a wedding in the finger lakes...and then to Africa!
