Nice few weeks of training. A few more weeks and you'll be amazed how quick you're moving.

I knocked about 2.5 mins off my 8km PB after my first 6 weeks of training with Tooms back at the end of 1997.

Consistency is key.

Unfortunately, this is only good if you are consistently training, rather than consistently avoiding all exercise...
