So awesome! And I saw in the photo that you two chicked the guys! They don't have separate categories? Is this what "the factor" is for?

It was awesome. They ran all the para together for the kilo. The female time was adjusted based on the standard for men versus women.

That's cool that they run the men against the women and have a standard way of comparing who outperformed the other.

It does seem like a good way to make a competition out of what could otherwise be a small field. Flight and Carla were the only female para cyclists at the track this year.
