Right, don't mean to burden Robin with additional reports, but the important thing is to have the board-designated funds tracked, just like the donor-restricted funds are tracked. Which also means that Robin has to do the step of assigning expenses to board-designated funds, just like she already does for the donor-restricted funds. If I understand correctly.
