You had a lot of really good splits in there. I am going to guess you don't get to run sprints very often - see if you can get out on the West Point sprint maps once in a while. I bet you'll improve a great deal very quickly.
Probably likely after daylight savings time crushes your practice time. The Trophy Point map is a great place to practice, especially if you can run through the cadet area (which we can't for nat'l competitions).
