...you were doing? I don´t recognize the controls (your splits) as the ones I had on my course.
I agree on the map scale - it would have been nice to have at least 1:7500 - but I had no major problems to read the map since I seldom can read the map when running anyway. And of course it would have been nice with fewer hills ;)

Geez, only 9 min slower than I was ... and I was running. Nicely done.
Terrain was steeper than expected
And yet, that was easily the flattest terrain I've run in all year.
