Looks like exactly how I blew my meniscus- deep squats and pigeon pose were the last straws.
I stretch most days for 10-20 minutes, but not those. I mostly stretch to keep my spine, particularly the lumbar area in order.
@Bent - wow, good to know... maybe I won't continue with these.
My knee wasn't pristine to start with, but we had a yoga class heavy on those and "sproing".
