Anyone interested? Tash has decided to do the Dusk 'till Dawn for some weird reason so there goes my easy option. Apparently this year the event will have novelty components and not just a bland Metrogaine as the past X years have had. I will even do the river swim if it makes anyone feel better.

If I don't get any takers in about the next month, I'll probably have to do the Dusk 'till Dawn too. Probably not the best idea off the back of XPD!!!

Bugger. That's the weekend after a Monday/Tuesday PD I was hoping to get to :(

I don't know how to read your comment. Is that 'Bugger, I can be there but tRicky will make me hurt' or 'Bugger, I'd love to do a rogaine on a map that is missing pieces but just can't get there'?

You don't even have to pay the extravagant membership fee to enter this one!

Sorry - bugger I can't make it. If it was the previous weekend, I'd come down on the weekend and stay for the Monday and Tuesday conference.

Novelty rogaine dates never seem convenient for anybody.

Looks like Simon and I may have an easy run for this event. Dave tried to tack onto our team after he discovered entries closed before he got one together.

Watch out for those sneaky Finnies.

I can't imagine we'll be covering much distance on an A3 1:1,500 map (that's what the pre-event info tells me).

yes yes - the pre event is wrong 1:15k and I am happy for GPS to be allowed too - dont know how that got through my stringent quality assurance...

Or should I just say thats a novelty SURPRISE its 1:15k - lets run with that.
