Don't think there's a specific limit, just depends on how consistent your training is and how your body handles the distance.

This is what seems to have worked for me the last few years:

-Run on road/hard surfaces as little as possible
-Dont increase your mileage too suddenly
-Listen to your body. If you're sore/ tired take an easy day or two

Sudden:
You are an elite athlete so sustainability is not really an option. Kind of joking but not. Will send an e-mail with some suggestions.

Yeah, I guess in the long run I need to be able to know what level of medium intensity that I can do, But as Sudden said I also need to know how to put on and take off high intensity training so that it works with my schedule.
