O Steve!:
what are your goals for WM?....make the final? semi? personal time goal using the big stage as a platform?...look good in your uni? mid pack inn the semi heat?....

I assume there will be some stiff competition but I am interested in your ramp up thoughts and goals for the big event....of course enjoy the experience is likely the most important but I am interested sin what you think a reasonable goal for you will be in your events....

Steve hi, fair question :-)
Quick answer- time based goals ie as good as, if not better than, last year at NSG, which were done on more limited prep. Always a little extra to be extracted on the big stage!
More specifically run 2:30 or better for 800 (depending on the comp could get me into the final) and 63 or better for the 400. latter wont likely advanced, however main goal is to run a top 4 US time in the prelims to qualify for the 4x400 US relay team (depending on who else, a chance to podium).

O Steve!:
good stuff....with a bit of adrenaline flowing you are going to get a fair run at all of these.....a relay podium would be fantastic! Now you have given me some interest as I am watching....
