But push-ups after your center of gravity has been rearranged....ha! That was wretched of them!

Definitely! Fortunately I had been forewarned to expect lots of lunges, squats, push-ups and planks- not exactly what I had pictured for a pre-natal yoga class, but certainly a good workout and very helpful.
