Get really good at pull ups!
I'm holding off for Virtual-O.
I don't have a pull-up bar so that's my excuse not to do them.
You've got to love it when they run out of excuses
My pull-ups could be counted in the negative, so a record of sorts!
Shoulder head press with body weight = -1 pull up
Or a handstand push up, of which, 20 would be very impressive!
Toe still swollen, and not allowed to wear shoes for another couple of weeks.
So will see what my options are like then.
