you had me thinking that you were still reflecting on the recent OUSA board elections!

Sorry to stick my nose in here Peter but my view from outside is that the American voters and media spend way too much time focused on the presidential election race and not enough on races for Congress and Senate seats. Time and again it has been shown that without a supportive legislative branch a well-meaning and popularly supported president's agenda will go nowhere. While one party is saying it is time for a change I suspect they are correct. But it is their majority control of Congress that seems to have to change the most.
