Congrats on 2nd!
Quite surprised to see you ran 5th leg - isn't that a leg anyone can run? I would of assumed you were in the team as a top vet (no offence)

There are 10 'open' legs but you're only allowed 9 M21s, so someone somewhere has to fill in from another category, and as you're going to use a M21 on first and last you then only have 7 left for legs 5 and 7. 7 is shorter but at a more important time in the relay.

Also - how did you get poached by them? Was it related to any results? Or people?

I registered in the IOF transfer system and then picked the best offer that I got.

It's on the Eventor page, allows you register and say if you're available for a club transfer (though you have to be ranked in the top 150 in the world rankings I think ).
