definitely giant freddo. I once had a gel for breakfast before an intervals session. Vomited on the 3rd rep. Should've had a freddo.
I once spewed up dried apricots after doing intervals behind our house in Lindisfarne. Probably the last time I tried hard during a training session...
that is funny. Not sure I wold have tried dried apricots as pre interval snack. Have muesli barred a few times.
