Nice job on getting a little something in Izzy. Those days are always hard it builds good long term habits for training to overcome the sluggishness and get something in. Also your feet may fall asleep because blood is not circulating as well from your feet back to your heart especially when you on your feet for a while. A couple things you can do is put your feet up so the stagnate blood moves back to the heart and new blood comes in. Also focus on your breathing on the in breath imagine the blood from your feet is being drawn of to your heart and on the out breath new blood is going back to your toes. Always have a pause between both.
